This website is operated by the Association for Combating Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide (S.O.S.der). "User" means the natural or legal person who visits or uses the site in any way.

The site is published in order to introduce the purpose and activities of the Association, to inform the public, to facilitate membership, volunteering and donation processes, and to present content relating to our rights-based work.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The text, images, logos, design and other content on the site belong to S.O.S.der — unless otherwise stated — or their right of use is licensed to the Association. This content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without citing the source and obtaining written permission.
4. User Obligations

5. Donation and Membership Transactions
Donation and membership transactions made through the site are subject to the relevant legislation and the Association's statute. Donations are based on the principle of voluntariness. Payment transactions are carried out through institutions providing a secure payment infrastructure; your card details are not stored by the Association.

The content on the site is for information purposes and does not constitute legal advice. While the utmost care is taken to keep the content current and accurate, it is not guaranteed that the site will operate without interruption or error. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to the interpretation and application of these terms. The Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of any disputes that may arise.
