The Association for Combating Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide (S.O.S.der) can be summed up in a single sentence: that the crimes committed do not go unpunished. Headquartered in Ankara, our association monitors genocide and crimes against humanity, collects and reports evidence, identifies the perpetrators, and works to bring them before national and international justice.
We carry out our work on the principle of independence, impartiality and loyalty to the law alone. We are not part of any political formation; the only side we take is that of the victims and of justice.
We track genocide crimes in the field and in open sources; we document the evidence to international standards and preserve it in a documentation centre and data bank.
We bring perpetrators before national and international courts and become party to the proceedings; we stand by the victims with material, moral and legal support.
